The health of our families and our clients is the most important thing to us so the showroom will be closed until further notice. In an effort to still support our clients and the community we have creative “appointment” alternatives as well as a new mobile repair option listed below. In addition to increased sanitation procedures in the studio, all jewelry will be sanitized before leaving the store.

How To Request Service

  • Email pictures and a description of needs/issues to vintaglio@gmail.com

  • After review, a cost estimate will be sent for approval.

  • We will schedule a pick-up appointment at your home.

  • Once the repair is complete, a final electronic invoice will be sent

  • After final payment we will schedule a drop off time.

Q: Will my jewelry be safe?

A: Yes! As always, all jewelry is stored in an industrial safe.

Q: Will you pick-up and drop-off right to my door?

A: Yes we will schedule a pick-up and drop-off time that works with your schedule. There is no need to leave your home.

Q: How are you protecting me from Covid-19

A: In addition to all items being disinfected before leaving the studio, there is no human contact during the pick-up, payment and delivery process. All payments are done electronically (cash is not accepted). At the scheduled pick-up time, we will send you a text to leave the items outside your door for immediate retrieval. Upon return, we will text our arrival and leave the items at your door. Note to protect your valuable items, we will not drive away until we confirm the item has been received.
